Amy Schumer was due to appear on this week's Graham Norton Show to talk about her new film 'I Feel Pretty', but the actress and comedian has been forced to pull out.

She broke the news to her Instagram followers last weekend, revealing that her entire UK press tour had been cancelled after she had been hospitalised for 5 days and doctors told her that she could not fly.

Now it has been confirmed that she will also definitely miss her slot on the chat show, where she was due to appear alongside Jess Glynne and Stephen Mangan. Instead, Johnny Vegas and Emilia Fox will take her place.

The reason for her hospitalisation was a 'horrible kidney infection'. "I’m really disappointed selfishly to miss this trip because I love London and Europe in general and all the great people (food) there," she wrote. "But I need to put my health first."

Since the first post, she has since updated her fans, saying that she is 'on the mend':
