A 'RuPaul's Drag Race' judge will be taking to the dance floor this year

It really is quite hard to believe, but 'Strictly Come Dancing' is nearly upon us once again.

The 2019 series of 'Strictly Come Dancing' has announced the first 11 faces who will be taking to the dance floor later this September, and there's a few surprises amongst the line-up.

The first four celebrities announced last last week were YouTuber Saffron Barker, Comedian Chris Ramsey, former England goalkeeper David James, and 'Eastenders' actress Emma Barton.

Today, three new stars have been announced including a 'Made in Chelsea' star, a 'RuPaul's Drag Race' and 'Ireland's Got Talent' judge, and an English Paralympian. The newest announcement has been Jamie Laing, one of the members in the 'Made in Chelsea' line-up.

Earlier today, Michelle Visage was revealed as a contestant. Visage will no doubt be a favourite for those of us who have watched her antics on 'RuPaul's Drag Race', and it will be interesting to see her be judged for her performances for a change.

British professional Paralympic table tennis player Will Bayley was also revealed as a contestant.

Over the weekend, celebrity chef Emma Weymouth, CBBC presenter Karim Zeroual, sports presenter Mike Bushell, and 'Coronation Street' actress Catherine Tyldesley are all set to join the cast of contestants.

Stay tuned for the rest of the announcements for series 17 of 'Strictly Come Dancing', which are sure to be revealed over the coming days.
