You can even take control of the jet when you're in mid-air, too.
The only issue is that it costs around €16,000 to rent the MiG-29 for a day. So, y'know, once you've got that amount of money lying around, you'll be fine. You also have to be available to get to Russia or the Czech Republic, by yourself, and you have to pre-book your flight at least 50 days in advance because you'll be entering military airspace.
MiGFlug, a company based in Zurich, Switzerland, offers wannabe fighter pilots the chance to travel at breakneck speeds in a demilitarised MiG-29 Fulcrum that's capable of flying to the very edge of our atmosphere. As the site's blurb says, "you can reach up to 20-22km altitude, though at least 17km is guaranteed. Only astronauts and cosmonauts aboard the ISS will fly higher at this point."
The flight will shoot you past the speed of sound and hit a max speed of Mach 2, with a climb rate of 330 metres PER SECOND.
If that doesn't sate your need for speed, nothing will.
