Niall Horan has taken to twitter to lament the fact he can't get home for Christmas. The mammy will be distraught if he can't.
He was planning to head back to his hometown of Mullingar to spend the festive season with his family but is finding it difficult to get a flight from London due to the storm that just keeps on giving.
The 20-year-old vented his frustration on twitter after spending the evening at The O2 to watch JLS' final concert. The two incidents are unrelated.
Niall tweeted: "Well this is sh*t! Looks like we ain't goin home for Xmas! F*ck you wind. (sic)"
His friend Willie Devine then followed with this post: "Wanted: two spaces at a Christmas dinner table this side of the Irish Sea for myself and @NiallOfficial. (sic)"
Needless to say, fans were quick to respond in their dozens offering the pair a place to spend Christmas, with one girl tweeting: "Always welcome at mine, a ton of food is here, lots of drink, and ace decorations. (sic)"
'Directioners' then got '#getniallhomeforchristmas' trending to try and help the pop star.
Niall's Mammy, Maura Gallagher, says Christmas is always a 'big deal' and she keeps it traditional cooking "turkey, ham and all the veg" for her superstar son and his older sibling Greg.
