Firstly, all we're saying is that we would 100%, absolutely, no question watch a film based on this storyline - so Netflix, while you may be joking, we're not.
Secondly, if this isn't the MOST ADORABLE DAMNED THING YOU'VE EVER SEEN IN YOUR LIFE, we don't know what is. Prepare yourselves.
A 10-year-old labrador called Fred has adopted a group of nine orphaned ducklings at a tourist attraction called Mountfitchet Castle in Essex. Staff say that the ducklings' mother was nowhere to be seen last week and they were wandering around lost until Fred - the resident dog at the Castle - took them under his paw.
They have even followed him into the castle moat for a swim, and have been seen perched on his back, following him around like he's their mum and even sleeping with him in his dog basket.
Physically CANNOT COPE. Squee to infinity.
Fred, you're the goodest boye ever. Netflix, get on it.
