This is why you never, ever go for a stroll on railway tracks.
One can only assume that these women never learned about staying the hell away from railway tracks (it's not like there are countless cartoons and movies featuring near escapes from trains), even if you think they're not being used. These two women had a near-death experience in Indiana, USA earlier this month when they met a freight train while on an 80ft bridge with nowhere else to go but down.
Now we're assuming they were saved by the distance between the tracks and the train being greater because it was on bridge, but still, do not try this at home.
