You call that a knife?
Every so often a story comes along that just makes sense. Not in the real life kind of sense, because this is one of the most ridiculous things we've ever seen, but more in 'this is why we need the internet' kind of sense. Allow me to explain.
An attempted armed robbery took place in Pittsburgh recently, with the thief trying to hold-up the shop keeper via the use of a sword that was well over a foot long. We say 'attempted' and 'trying' because he didn't manage to carry out the robbery. Why? It's simple, the shopkeeper had what can only be described as a caricature of a sword behind the counter.
Unfortunately, no matter how stellar a job I do of describing it to you, the mental image you paint just won't ever come close to the video of a shopkeeper running after a thief with this Alibaba-esque beast of a thing.
We had quite a heated debate as to what video or gif would be the perfect media choice to round this piece out. In the end we had to pass up the original Crocodile Dundee clip for this classic. I think you'll all agree we made the right choice.
