This is the funniest thing you'll see today... To the back story - Katie Price wants to launch a TV channel called KTTV which features just her on screen 24/7. So, a bit like a Kanye West stage performance, just slightly longer. Weirdly enough, Katie is struggling to find funding to launch her channel - and this is where the Lotto comes in.
