Times are a changin’ over on the multimedia messaging app.
Snapchat has announced several new innovations that are intended to make it more personal for users.
One of the changes will be separating photos and videos from family and friends, from the content produced by publishers and creators.
“This means that the Chats and Stories from your friends are on the left side of Snapchat, and the Stories from publishers, creators, and the community are on the right,” the company said in a statement.
There will also be a “Best Friends algorithm that makes it easier to find the friends you want to talk to, when you want to talk to them.”
