Be warned, his dodgy OIrish accent does feature heavily in the below video - mainly because his guest Brendan Ogle from Right2Water & Unite The Union keeps asking him to do it.

In case you'd rather avoid Russell's butchering our lovely lilt, the main points involve bunking off work tomorrow to go protest in the city center because there seemingly there will be a "good vibe", good music and just a "good ole protest", and because apparently we all work for "big corporations that are doing us over at every opportunity." Bit of an idealised view on the reality of the situation there, but you can't blame the craytur for trying.

As for his aforementioned fecklessness via social meedja yesterday, Brand could - according to The Guardian - face a twitter ban for tweeting the number of a Daily Mail journo.

Twitter rules state: “You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or social security/national identity numbers, without their express authorisation and permission... Twitter reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that, in its judgment, you violate these rules or the terms of service.”
