Especially post the whole brothel and prostitute scandal.

But no, they seem to be just as incompetent as he is because really now, would you not have taken the Brazilian girl's phone capable of taking pictures and videos away from her while she was in the room with your client?

Perez Hilton is claiming that the unknown woman in the video is a Brazilian woman called Tati Neves, while others are saying it could be model (and we use that term very loosely) Gaby del Campo who tweeted a picture of loads of cash with the accompanying message:

So even if this was a paid visit (if you catch our drift) or not, this is still a serious uh-oh for Team Bieber. Fingers crossed whoever this woman turns out to be snapped some more photos of evidence on her way out so we can find out what really went down.
