Leave your shoes and your sabres at home, this way is much cooler. Or actually hotter, if we're being precise.
Business Insider went to what is allegedly one of the best restaurants in the world, Eleven Madison Park in New York, to watch them open wine bottles without a corkscrew but the fanciest way possible.
The technique used dates back to the old world and is used on bottles where the cork might be crumbling and involves using a red-hot heated tongs to weaken the glass before making a clean break suitable to pour from. Very fancy indeed.
Safe to say this isn't one you should try at home, although it would be very impressive if you managed to pull it off.
