There's close shaves, and then there's closes shaves with propeller blades flying over your head by mere inches.
The beach can be a scary place depending on your fears. Some people have Jaws-inspired shark fear, some people hate sand, and some people genuinely have a fear of water and/or can't swim. Well thanks to Germany we can now add being flattened by a plane to our beach fears after one pilot came short of the runway on the Heligoland archipelago, just missing a sunbather and crashing through the airfield fencing.
We hope he brought a change of shorts.
