When your brand new toy that cost you $1,000 is about to plunge into a four foot deep pool of water, you too would probably dive in to save it, no?
Zwier Spanjer, having spent all day testing out his brand new drone, had less than expected dip when the batteries in the drone died and it followed its pre-programmed order to return to ground as close as possible to the receiver which just so happened to be an open water reserve that Spanjer was near.
