The legacy of Boaty McBoatface lives on.
A horse by the name of Horsey McHorseface won its first race in Cessnock, Australia, yesterday and just listening to the commentators saying his name over and over is a pure delight.
He's done it! The people's horse Horsey McHorseface breaks through for his maiden win at #Cessnock. Congrats to connections & @BBakerRacing! pic.twitter.com/hMVZ3Is5U4

Horsey McHorseface is originally from New Zealand and his owners, Joe Rosetti and Bjorn Baker, were inspired by the one and only Boaty McBoatface debacle from last year.
"We had a laugh about it in the office and thought, 'Hey, why not'," racing manager Jake Bruce said. "Joe's a good bloke and he's a good horse — we just thought it would be a good fit."
And just look at that proud face.
