Our abs hurt just thinking about this.

George Hood, a former Marine and DEA agent from California, set the new Guinness World Record for the longest held abdominal plank last week by holding the position for a whopping and painful five hours, fifteen minutes and fifteen seconds.

No stranger to setting world records (Hood now holds seven), Hood beat the previous record by 49 minutes and also raised funds for the Semper Fi Fund for wounded Marines.

If we can do 1/100th of this when we're 57, we'll be happy.
