Weeeeeelll... Ah, no, sure she's a mum of 4 - which is mind boggling to most - and she's only in the midst of launching her own fancy shop to house all her lovely gunas on London's Dover Street.
The designer admits Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, didn't know her occupation until they attended one of her fashion shows. They also attended the Spice Girls reunion concerts, but she'd probably be willing to let them forget that in the mist of time.
Speaking to the London Evening Standard, she said: "It wasn't until they came to the show a few seasons ago that I think they realised that mummy actually had a proper job. They see David on the football pitch whereas I go off to work and they don't really see what I do." Apart from that time they saw you at the Spice Girls reunion concerts.
The 40-year-old and her family moved back to London from Los Angeles earlier this year following David's retirement from soccer last May and she insists she's got no plans to leave the UK any time soon, saying: "I'm proud to be British. I was brought up here, my family is here, my friends are here, my kids go to fantastic schools here..." It's also where her first standalone store is being unveiled later this week.
Meanwhile, she's like to clarify that she isn't planning on having another baby as she's too busy running her business and the existing childers.
Asked what is next for her, she said previously: "Well the next thing someone would normally ask is am I pregnant? I seem to be asked that regularly, but no, I'm not having another baby - there's enough going on."
Understatement.
