"There somehow never seems a good time to post this"
Sometimes Twitter can be a dark and mean place. Other times, it surprises you with its loveliness and good cheer.
Given the season that's in it, we're glad even Twitter is generally on board with the whole good will thing.
Author Pete Paphides shared the following thread on the social media platform which is just the sweetest thing. It starts with harking back to searching for a technique to help his young daughters when they'd have trouble sleeping. What he comes up with is pretty magical and something we could all use in our lives, not just children.
It touches on all those important and wonderful Christmassy things like family; gratitude; realising the value of the little things; counting your blessings. And they don't have to be reserved to this time of year either.
We're most definitely going to start writing our own lists after this.
