Former Golf pro and current on course NBC reporter David Feherty has pissed a lot of people off with a 'profile' video on Ireland he did for the Golf Channel.
The video was released in advance of the Irish Open and featured the Bangor native listing off almost every Irish stereotype you can think of to play to an American audience. Even the caption for the tweet is quite offensive as it says that Feherty will describe Ireland's 'special charms'.
Since the #IrishOpen is underway this week, @Fehertwit decided to stop by and share Ireland's 'special charms.'https://t.co/sTgsPrTwvI

It's bad enough that the people at Golf Channel think that's OK to make videos like this but shame on Feherty for going along with it. Needless to say they got a lot of heat on Twitter over the video.
@GolfChannel @Fehertwit good to see you promoting your own country and not being a d€&khead about it....oh wait...

@GolfChannel @Fehertwit hope you got lots of $$$$ for selling out every Irish stereotype you could think off
