Big Little Lies was one of the most popular television shows of the year and won some well-deserved awards at the 2017 Emmys on Sunday night. One such gong was for the Best Limited Series and saw the entire cast take to the stage to accept it.

As the show's stars, naturally enough Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman were the main speakers, and one Twitter user managed to capture a bit of an awkward moment as Nicole tried to take the award from Reese while she was talking

Obviously there's nothing but love between these two because as Nicole said in her speech, it was their friendship and thirst for stronger roles for women that got Big Little Lies made into a TV show in the first place, but still, it's funny, you can't deny it's funny.
