The business of selling shirts is a profitable one for football clubs (we're assuming, going by the cost of the shirts these days) but if they wanted to boost their revenues even more, then they could consider a full-blown movie crossover kit.
That's an as-yet unrealised revenue stream (that's business speak, right?) for most clubs and manufacturers, but one Instagram user has mocked up a couple of designs that bring the great twin loves of our lives together, as though they were the double suns of Tatooine: Star Wars-themed football kits.
Nerea Palacios, who goes by the subtle moniker @Iwantotowkrfornike on Instagram has mocked up a number of designs for any club that's interested that are based on some of the most iconic characters from the movies, and the results are glorious.
Needless to say, we can't understand why these haven't already been made. Well, if it was actually needless to say, the sentence would have ended immediately after the words "to say", but needless to say
