In what sounds like a Liam Neeson revenge flick set in the Arctic Circle, forecaster Eoin Sherlock says temperatures around the country tomorrow night will drop to as low as - 4C, resulting in dangerous conditions for driving as black ice becomes rampant - especially in rural areas.
While today and most of tomorrow will be 'dry and bright', Sherlock says tomorrow night there will be a drastic change, with sleet expected on higher ground.
It will also rain around the country over the weekend, as the miserable conditions reflect the general post-Christmas consensus of 'f**k this, i'm not leaving the gaff'.
If you do, wrap up warm, as it won't get any hotter than 8C.
