As you might recall, Sarah Silverman managed to help out a troll on Twitter, who it eventually turned out was suffering from several slipped discs in his back and was on pain medication - but didn't have health insurance.
Silverman then led an effort to get the man in question, Jeremy Jamrozy, with Silverman even offering to help pay for his medical treatment. Last week, Silverman tweeted that Jamrozy had a total of five herniated discs and had set up a GoFundMe page to help raise money for his treatment.
Anyone in the San Antonio area that can help Jeremy? He’s in immense back pain and unable to work https://t.co/v1IrcWf3ir

In an interview with MySA.com, Jamrozy explained that he's now paying the kindness he received forward by donating the money he received for his treatment to other San Antonioans who need financial help. "I was once a giving and nice person, but too many things destroyed that and I became bitter and hateful," Jamrozy said. "Then Sarah showed me the way. Don't get me wrong, I still got a long way to go, but it's a start."
Shut up, you're crying.
