This is facial hair enthusiast Chad Roberts and his Spiderman inspired beard. Now looking at this image you might be thinking ‘...why?’ or ‘huh?’ but there’s a completely valid explanation for Chad’s OTT grooming.
Chad is the president and founder of the RVA Beard League who “promote the appreciation of facial hair and bring Richmonders (fuzzy or not) together for beers and competitive charity events near and far.”
He’s racked up an impressive 18 awards for his beardy stylings thus far and his “Spider-Beard” just won him the Best-in-Show and Freaky Funky Free Style award at the 2nd Annual Garden State Beard & ‘Stache Competition.
See... it all makes sense now.
