You may recall that Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis were asked out by a couple of plucky Servicemen and women via YouTube. They both graciously accepted the offers and will be flying out to Afghanistan in November to attend the military ball. Well, it seems that a few more servicemen have been attempting to get in on the act - but they've been turned down!
Sergeant Dustin L. Williams plucked up the courage to ask, of all people, the recently single Scarlett Johansson to the military event by using the tried-and-trusted method of uploading a pleading/desperate video to YouTube...and Johansson rebuffed him. She has said, though, than instead of her attending in person she will sent Williams a bottle of Champagne to compensate for her absence.
Will the Champagne compensate for the broken dreams of the Sergeant? Probably not. Jessica Biel, Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox are staying off YouTube, just in case. Kathy Griffin, meanwhile, has instructed her agent to find her a military date as soon as possible.
