Flying Ryanair pretty much feels like you are riding a big yellow bus in the sky, except unlike a bus, you can't get off whenever you want. Nope, you've got to wait until that bad boy hits the tarmac and then what do you hear if it's on time? Trumpets. Loud, cheery, unashamed trumpets.

Yes, it's an added novelty, but fairly immediately, it starts to grate. Ryanair have been doing a lot of homework with their customers though in recent months, and put it to them whether they should get rid of their 'on-time' trumpets. The answer was a resounding yes it seems. Although, it is slightly worrying that they failed to say if they will get rid of the music altogether...  hmmm.
