The Hollywood stars have their eyes set on... Wales?
Wrexham football club in Wales might have a fine pair of actor investors interested in steering them to glory.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, known for playing Deadpool in the superhero movie franchise and Mac in 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' respectively, have shown their interest in a joint business venture in the Wales football club.
It is believed that the pair of actors will share their vision for how the club would run, should their interest be given the green light, with members at a special general meeting in the near future.
The Wrexham football club has been fan-owned since 2011, and the members have of course voted overwhelmingly for talks to proceed with the potential investors, with over 95% of those asked voting in favour of the proposal. Should the talks go well, it could lead to the pair of them investing £2m.
Fans spotted Reynolds' tweets regarding his potential new business venture and the actor responded to a message that was sent eight years previously.
I’ve waited 8 years to respond to this tweet.

Twitter user Stephen Hamilton attempted to join in too, trying to push his luck by getting Reynolds to head over to Glasgow and pay for his drinks on a night out, with the actor responding: "Also a possibility".
Also a possibility.

Wrexham Supporters Trust director Spencer Harris told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast that should the deal be brokered, it could happen within weeks rather than months. He also said that he's known the identity of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney for quite some time.
He told the show: "We've known for a little while, but we wanted to come as early as we could in the process to involve supporters. There is some way to go and at the end of the day it will be the supporters who decide what the future direction of the club will be."
