All things considered, it's not that difficult to guess who... In fact, it's probably why he prefers the company of the older lady - where else would you get such sage advice about troublesome skin?
Indeed Harry Styles has been having droppings rubbed onto his face as part of an intensive course of treatments, traditionally known in Japan as the Geisha facial, in a desperate bid to clear up his acne before the group's world tour begins. Spotlights are so unforgiving.
A source told the Daily Star: "Harry's been having a bird poo facial everyday in the run-up to the tour. He doesn't want to be as spotty as he's been in the past. He's really struggled with his skin over the years."
It's thought Harry heard about the unusual treatment - made with powdered excrement from a nightingale bird, rice bran and water (just if you happen to have those items to hand) - through his tattoo artist, Freddy Negrete, who assured the singer that the facial is a favourite with Hollywood stars such as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Ah, we stand corrected... we just assumed 31-year-old Gemma Chan had been trading skin secrets...
While the facial is said to have an unpleasant smell, the coveted treatments can cost anywhere from £100 a session and its thought the 20-year-old is seeing positive results already as the formula also includes toning and anti-wrinkle agents. Not that he'd have to worry about that stuff for another ten years or so.
The source added: "So far [Harry's] happy with the results. It's given him a really glowing look."
Harry and his bandmates Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson will kick off their Where We Are world tour at the El Campin Stadium in Bogotá, Colombia, tonight.
