With friends like these who needs enemies?

Tom Hiddleston joined Instagram yesterday and received a terrific welcome from his Avengers co-star Robert Downey Jr. who praised him for his recent t-shirt choices. 

 

Hiddleston received some jeering online for his 'I heart T.S." t-shirt last month so Downey Jr. decided to join in on the fun with his post. 

For his part, Hiddleston hasn't wasted any time in getting to grips with Instagram, posting a selfie of himself in full Loki costume.
