With instructions such as "please write clearly and legibly" and "If you would like to discuss any further issue, please tell your direct brother supervisor", it reads as something you'd expect from job in finance or a big tech firm like Google or Facebook, not a terrorist organisation bent on destroying the Western world.
Vox got there hands on the translated form and published it for public inspection, and it would almost be amusing if it weren't so terrifying. This is clearly an organisation that is far more organised than the powers that be would have you believe.
