The weather out there is snow joke (sorry) but that hasn't stopped people getting out into it and trying their hands at some simple construction work.
And for some, a simple snowman wasn't enough, they had to go and build entire structures in the freeing conditions.
One group of students in Dunboyne even made RTÉ News thanks to their efforts.
An Irish Igloo: 12 teenagers in Dunboyne, Co Meath spent 7 hours today working together to build their own igloo. Here’s their finished snow hut #sneachta @rtenews pic.twitter.com/kauMOjEBDH

"We all came out with the intention of having a snowball fight but we got sidetracked for seven hours!" one said.
And they're not the only ones inspired by the snow to got out building, as people all over the country got into the Inuit spirit and got iglooing.
