Well lads, we had a good run, but it's time to admit that we're all doomed because they just found a load of poisonous spiders in Carlow.
Just when you thought it was safe to go to Carlow, they find over 100 poisonous spiders, along with scorpions and all sorts that are basically designed to kill you until you die from it.
The National Exotic Animal Sanctuary made the discovery after a man called them to say that he had left over 100 tarantulas, black widow spiders, funnel web spiders and other lethal animals that had been bought over the internet as pets in his home, and he was leaving the property.
The NEAS then catalogued the creatures they found there, destroying the potentially lethal ones. They have, however, called for some legislation to be brought in to cut down on the number of people who are buying exotic and dangerous animals online as pets.
