It's a strange question to ask, one that's unlikely to have a straightforward answer, but the New York Times decided to ask it nonetheless - would you kill a baby Adolf Hitler?
The question opened up all sorts of discussions on time-travel, ethics, morality and... well... snarky comments on Twitter. Surprise, surprise.

So, as you can imagine, the question got us thinking and we decided to come up with a survey of our own. Let's set the target and the question out for you.
Oliver Cromwell is charged with a campaign of brutal destruction and ethnic cleansing in Ireland during the 1600s with figures estimating that he was responsible for the death of 600,000 Irish people out of a total population of 1,400,000.
Look at that bastard.
So, we ask - if you had the ability to time-travel, would you kill a baby Oliver Cromwell?
Take our poll below and let us know what you think.
