The (let's face it) darker twin is reportedly refusing to talk to federal investigators regarding Heath Ledger's death until she's been awarded "immunity from prosecution." Is that shifty or the norm? Mary Kate's lawyer, Michael Miller, released the following: "Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. " According to TMZ: "Cops say the masseuse who found Ledger's body last January spent nine minutes making three separate calls to Olsen before calling 911, then called her again after paramedics arrived. After getting the calls, cops say MK sent her bodyguard to go check on the situation." Seemingly Mary Kate is the only person affiliated with the case who has yet to talk, with the New York Post saying: "Probers have interviewed everyone connected to Ledger and his death, including his doctors, the masseuse, bodyguards, housekeepers, business associates and even the mother of his 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, his Brokeback Mountain co-star Michelle Williams. 'Ms. Williams was extremely nice and cooperative,' a source said. Shifty it is... that or just a tad unhelpful.
