We all get a little immature sometimes
No matter how old you get, an ill-timed fart (which most of them are) is the funniest thing in the world.
That's why this fart which occurred during a live TV news report on has people all over in stitches.
In fact, some have even broken down the flatulence into an in-depth analysis as to its source.
The sound happened occurred last night on MSNBC when 'Hardball' host Chris Matthews was interviewing California Representative Eric Swalwell.
Swalwell was expressing his belief that Donald Trump is abusing his powers of presidency when the apparent bowel movement occurred.
He said: “The evidence is uncontradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars to ask the Ukrainians to help him cheat *insert comical fart noise* an election.”
While the host claimed innocence and said he didn’t even hear the sound as he was speaking, many have pointed out that he takes a pause and moves as the fart emerges.

Kid: Dad - when did our country become so united and started actually working together again?
Me: Ten years ago a man named Eric Swalwell ripped a fart so amazing on TV that both parties got together to post memes, literally transcending politics. #fartgate— The Darkest Timeline Numbersmuncher (@NumbersMuncher) November 19, 2019

I get that some of you think Chris Matthews was the farter, but do you really think he has the skill and control to not only drop it perfectly between Swalwell's words, but also choreograph it seamlessly with Swalwell's body movement? #fartgate pic.twitter.com/6qYw8r0fTf
