The 'Bleeding Love' singer married her partner of nine years, Dennis Jauch
It's been quite a while since we've heard from Leona Lewis, but the former 'X Factor' winner has been keeping busy, nonetheless.
Having been based in the US for many years, the Londoner has recently sidestepped into modelling and small acting roles, including roles in the Broadway version of 'Cats' in 2016 and in TV series 'The Oath'. Her most recent album was 2015's 'I Am'.
The 'Bleeding Love' singer hit the headlines over the weekend after news of her wedding to long-term partner, dancer Dennis Jauch, on July 27th hit social media.
They signed a deal with Hello! magazine to cover their Italian wedding - which took place at Sting's Tuscan villa - and a video clip depicting scenes from the day make it look pretty special.
Meanwhile, Lewis herself took to Instagram to pay tribute to her new husband, adding in another post that his father had sadly passed away just weeks ago.
"9 years ago this amazing man walked into my life and last weekend we said “I do” surrounded by the people we love," she wrote. "From our family style dinner in the vineyards of Tuscany to our ceremony in the small chapel that sheltered us from the storm outside, to the all night singing & dance party ✨ every moment was a gift of love."
