Ah, 2012 - it all seems so long ago now.
It was the era of Twilight, Donald Trump hosting The Apprentice, and Twitter was beginning to come into its own. With Twitter came Donald Trump's trademark, late-night rants about whatever came into his brain and, one night in October, Trump took a good hard swing at Kristen Stewart's personal life and relationship with Robert Pattinson.
It was pretty weird at the time; a then-66 year old reality TV star wading desperately into the middle of a celebrity romance to throw in his two cents. Yet, now in light of recent events and the fact that that reality TV star is now in charge of the nuclear launch codes, it's downright insane.
Here's a little smattering of Trump's thoughts on the matter, for clarity.
Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again--just watch. He can do much better!

Robert I'm getting a lot of heat for saying you should dump Kristen- but I'm right. If you saw the Miss Universe girls you would reconsider.

Robert Pattinson is putting on a good face for the release of Twilight. He took my advice on Kristen Stewart...I hope!

In a recent interview with Variety, Stewart talked about the Women's March which is happening today and spoke about Trump's obsession with her.
"I can’t even understand it. I literally cannot even understand it. It’s such far-out concept that I don’t want to believe that actually is happening. It’s insane. At that point, he was just, like, a reality star. I had no reference. It wasn’t like really a thing. But in retrospect, somebody reminded me of that and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, you’re right!'"
Stewart then remarked Trump's probably going to tweet about all of this, and when you consider that he started talking about the ratings for Celebrity Apprentice a couple of days after he was elected, it's not so crazy.
