Fresh from claiming her fifth world championship gold, Katie Taylor showed no signs of being fatigued as she put Paddy Barnes in his place. 

Barnes was coming out with some fighting words (in jest) to the legend that is Katie by claiming that she didn't have any Commonwealth Games medals to match his haul, so the logical step was for the two of them to meet in the ring. 

While that would be an interesting contest (our money is on Katie, sorry Paddy), Taylor sidestepped the issue with a hilarious tweet that also issued a bit of a smackdown on Barnes at the same time. 

Still, we'd say Katie's mum has a mean left hook too.
