Imitation is supposed to be the sincerest form of flattery, right? Well not if you're Kim Kardashian. K-Kar is suing the Old Navy clothing brand for somewhere in the region of $15 to $20 million for supposed "unauthorised use of her likeness and persona" in a new advertising campaign that they are running.

Old Navy have countered by saying that this commercial came out in February and Kim K said NOTHING then and has only complained now that it's emerged that the lookalike, a model named Melissa Molinaro, has coupled up with Kim's ex Reggie Bush.

Hold on just a second there. Kim Kardashian's lookalike is now seeing her ex? Is she being recast in her own life? And it's clear to see that Reggie Bush has a "type".

Molinaro has said It is "extremely flattering" to be compared to the socialite Kardashian, who was with Reggie Bush for about three years between 2007 and 2010. Molinaro is a Candadian model who "sings, acts and models for huge brands internationally". What is this, some sort of upgrade? Kim 2.0.
