Kimmel later confirmed the news on Twitter saying: "Thanks for your kind congratulations, my nuptials are impending as we speak. say a prayer for @mollymcnearney - she has a rough road ahead." The 44 year old host already has two children from a previous marriage that lasted 13 years. Then he went out with another comedian, Sarah Silverman for five whole years.
