Finally, those jet-skis bought during the Celtic Tiger have some use.

Flooding from Storm Jorge last night and Friday has severely hit numerous parts of Ireland, but it's not all bad.

In fact, some people - such as these three guys - have managed to turn the heavy flooding into a bit of fun. The main road to Lorrha, in Co. Tipperary was so badly flooded that they were able to get jet-skis on the road and drive them at some pretty decent speeds.

In fairness, if this flooding keeps up, it might not be a bad idea to start a jet-ski rental business in rural Ireland.

Naturally, the antics of the three jet-skiers has caused a huge stir, and the tweet below has been retweeted over a thousand times and currently has over 150,000 views in the space of less than half a day.
