Last week, beloved and legendary broadcaster Tony Fenton sadly passed away, and the tributes poured in from around the country.
Notably, many of his colleagues and friends in the radio business were on air, talking about how much he had touched their lives, influenced their broadcasting style, and inspired them in general and so today, they have decided to pay another tribute to him this afternoon.
At 2.30 today, a number of Irish radio stations will pause to play Aretha Franklin's 'I Say a Little Prayer', according to a tweet from Ian Dempsey this morning.

It will surely be a moving moment as the country stops to remember an iconic figure who was, for so long, part of all our lives.
