Actors Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have split up after 17 years of marriage.
The pair announced their separation on ET on Friday. The news broke yesterday when they jointly released the following statement:
"With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate," Stiller and Taylor said. "Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends. We kindly ask that the media respect our privacy at this time."
Stiller and Taylor starred in a number of films together including Zoolander, Dodgeball and Tropic Thunder.
They married in May 2000 in Hawaii and have two children together - a 15-year-old daughter, Ella, and an 11-year-old son, Quinlin.
