Steve Ballmer used to be the CEO of Microsoft, and is a very serious businessman who wears suits and makes money and stuff. 

Well, at least that's what we thought before he shelled out a ton of money on buying the basketball team the Los Angeles Clippers, and has since shown that he has a...shall we say eccentric side. 

Part of that side includes shaking his thang and losing his mind when he hears Fergie, because obviously everyone loves Fergie, right? Steve does, anyway. 

That takes embarrassing dad dancing to a new level that we didn't know existed until this very moment. As it turns out, he's great pals with the Fergster, and the two were sitting together at the front row of the game before Fergalicious was "inspired" to start singing, in an event that was in no way pre-planned.
