Bad news everyone, your birthday cards are now obnoxiously late for the world's oldest cat.

The internet loves nothing more than stories about, videos of and pictures featuring cats, which is why the story of Tiffany Two is one that needs to be recognised. The short-haired tortoiseshell celebated her birthday last week on March 13th, when she turned the ripe old age of 27, which is pretty impressive.

Tiffany was adopted by Sharon Voorhees back in 1988 (doing her part to undo the damage done to that particular last name by Jason) and she says that while Tiffany certainly isn't as sprightly as she used to be, she has no significant health problems and can still get around the house and tackle the stairs without pain.

The Guinness Book of World Records tweeted out their congratulations to Tiffany Two, who holds the record for the oldest living cat, but she'd need to hang on in there for another 11 years or so to beat Creme Puff, who died back in 2005 at the age of 38.
