Remember when we thought George W. Bush was the worst thing that ever happened to America? Good times.

The former President was at today's inauguration ceremony in Washington, and while the heavens didn't open to despair of what was happening, there was some light rainfall.

Not a man to be caught on the hop though, Bush had brought a rain poncho with him for cover, however he seemed to have a spot of bother with it. He eventually gave up and just held it in his hand with a sheepish smile that would almost make you like the dude. Almost.
