It's definitely snowing out there, and we have the tweets to prove it.
As you might expect, the flurry of snow we're getting at the minute has had people flocking to Twitter to share their shots of the weather, and what the conditions are like where they are. While the snow can make for tricky driving on the road and it's not exactly the warmest out there, it does produce some great pictures as Ireland gets covered in a white blanket of snow, and there have been plenty of fantastic images shared on social media today.Â
Dublin has had a relatively light snowfall, while Cavan looks as though it has seen the worst of it, but it seems that most of the country has gotten some snow across the last 24 hours.

Others have taken to different forms of media, like YouTube, to share images of the conditions in their region.
For their part, Met Éireann are predicting that this evening may see conditions get a little bit worse, with "scattered heavy hail, sleet and snow showers", but tomorrow will be better as snow will become confined to higher ground, although conditions will remain cold.
