The actor is due in court in September
'The Flash' star Ezra Miller has been charged with burglary for allegedly stealing bottles of alcohol from a home.
According to a police report, officials were alerted to a break-in on May 1 in the town of Stamford, Vermont.
The report stated "several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present."
Following an investigation that included taking statements and reviewing surveillance videos, police found probable cause to charge the 29-year-old.
The actor was "ultimately located" at 11:23 p.m. on Aug. 7, and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court for an arraignment hearing on Sept. 26. It’s unclear if Miller knows the residents of the burglarized home.
This is yet another legal issue for Miller, who is facing several assault charges in Hawaii from earlier this year.
In March, Miller was arrested for allegedly "grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts."
Just a few weeks later, Miller was arrested a second time for reportedly striking a woman in the forehead with a chair following a dispute at a private residence.
This all comes before the release of 'The Flash' next year, which stars Miller in the main role. The actor also reprised their role as Credence Barebone in 'Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore', which released in April.
'The Flash' releases in cinemas on June 23, 2023.
