It's been going on for some time and, it looks like Tiger Woods divorce settlement still has not been finalised. TMZ is reporting that there is one document outstanding in relation to the divorce and that Elin Nordegren has, basically, free reign over moving the children to Sweden, or where ever she wants. They say it's 'wide latitude', what a way of describing it. But, what with getting around $100 million dollars of Tiger's net worth, she can go anywhere.
