Justin Timberlake learned that there's no such thing as an innocent question on Twitter yet when he encountered the wrath of Dylan Farrow.
Farrow has been in the headlines of late for her renewed campaign against Woody Allen, and of course, Timberlake worked with Allen on last year's 'Wonder Wheel'.
Farrow took umbrage with the fact that the pop star/actor has been vocal in his support for the Time's Up movement by responding to his simple question about the saying 'You want to have your cake and eat it' by accusing him of hypocrisy and damaging his 'credibility as an artist' by working with Allen.
See below:
The saying means, for example, you can’t support #TIMESUP and praise sexual predators at the same time. You can’t retain your credibility as an activist (i.e. - retain the cake) and, at the same time, praise a sexual predator (i.e. - eating the cake).
